  • If you’re not available when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave your parcel in a safe place or with a nearby neighbour (usually one next door or across the street). If they’re unable to find a secure spot or a neighbour to leave it with, they will make up to two additional delivery attempts. A calling card will be left to inform you of the parcel’s status.

  • If your parcel tracking hasn’t been updated for over 3 days, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We’ll work with the courier to look into the issue.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you’re unable to find it, please first check with your neighbours, household members, and any potential safe spots where the parcel might have been left. You can also track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your shipping email to see if it was left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

    If you’re still unable to locate it, contact our Customer Service team for assistance. We will ask you to complete a denial of receipt form and provide a few details to help us follow up with the courier. After our investigation, we’ll arrange to either resend your order or issue a refund.
